Ok Mama, I have been wondering about this for a very long time and I have refrained from asking because they are really dumb questions but I have to know lol. So I LOVED Acey's hair when it was dreaded out, it got so damn long! *yum*.... ANYWAY (hehe musn't think that way...) What made him decide to cut them off? I love his hair now too but that was a hell of a lot of work and time put into those dreads lol, weren't they almost to his bum? Also about Acey (I have a million but I will only ask two lol).... We know Jussi is a TLV fan, but does Acey like the 69 Eyes' music? I dunno dumb question and I would think myself a cooler person for likeing a band he likes as well if he does like them lmao  |

In this case this is all public knowledge. The dreads are simple. He got sick of them and yes, they were very long. I did not know him with dreads, but he did tell me about them. Yes, Acey likes The 69 Eyes and promotes them whenever he can!! He and Jussi are good friends and they have very similar personalities. I think that is why I liked Jussi so much!! ;D Jussi is my Acey in the 69 Eyes!! Very sweet guy. Any more Acey questions??  |

This really isn't a question more of a comment but TLV really needs to move their gig playing down to the Texas area lmao, I would happily let them stay at my house and eat all my food and trash the place lol.

For Acey and the Eyes....I wonder what it is about the European audiences that makes them so much more receptive to different (musically) bands? Here in the US you practically have to whore a band to sell them (I am discovering), while in Europe those same bands are HUGE!!!
What do they think is so much different between us (not us personally because we all know we have good taste in music) and the more accepting European fans?
Of course Acey and the guys are more than welcome to stay with us as well when they come here, not a lot of room, but plenty of floor and always food if they can wrestle their way to the fridge past my huge teenagers.

yeah isn't it annoying? There are these amazing bands out there with so much talent but they are not marketed in the US. The music industry over here is muffed up...

is it really your music industry or rather that the audience might be a little less interested? I dunno, really - no clue how it works. I only know that especially Finnish music has an incredibly large audience over here and that you cannot switch on the telly without seeing Negative, Him or the Rasmus within the next hour. Lately Finnish music is extremely popular over here. I was amazed how many of the bands I know in fact are Finnish.
so what is it? no promotion from the side of the music industry or what? sorry for asking anyway, MT. Just interested.

i think thats because americans like rap and hip hop and other s*** stuff much more than real music...because they think they can earn more money....the music produced in america isnt made from heart or soul...its just to make more and more money and see more and more naked stupid chicks who think they are cool in those b***** videos....

Actually it depends. I think a lot of people are hung up on pop and rap and shit like that, but a lot of labels don't publicize bands enough. Let's see what happens with the Eyes. You should see my club at school holidays...Unbelievable! And they dress so damn beautiful. I'm still waiting for 'Nothing' to walk through he door,haha. But well...it's been quite some time that the Eyes were on Viva and Viva 2 and all the other crappy German telly music channels. It's mainly Him, The Rasmus, Negative and that Tokio Hotel kid. I'd like to have the Eyes back... |
